His public speaking and traveling have taken Stephen to all 50 states and over 60 foreign countries
In 1979, Stephen gave the very first seminar for the recognition industry at the NATMA Chicago show. Stephen has been a professional public speaker and member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) ever since. For over 30 years he has presented hundreds of educational seminars to businesses an effort to organize and professionalize their industries.
Since 1994, Stephen has written over 400 business articles for Publications such as: A & E Magazine, Printwear Magazine, TEN (England), Visual Impact Promotions (Australia) and many more. In addition, he has authored 3 books for small business owners who have desire to live the American dream.

Stephen started in business at the very early age of 12 with a $186 loan from his mother as he set out in search of the American dream. Little did anyone know that over a half century later he would be in that same business of selling awards and recognition from coast to coast and many foreign countries. Stephen and his family business have been recognized locally, nationally and internationally over 50 times, including his induction into the International Awards and Recognition Hall of Fame.
